Overall, Toyo Cafe offers excellent food, beverages, and service, making it a perfect spot for a delightful cafe experience. Highly recommended!"

"great cafe! been eyeing this cafe since last year and just randomly asked my partner to come with me and visit it. we thought it would be one of those typical cafes that usually just serve their coffee in plastic cups but was really surprised they served it on those really nice and tall glasses. everything is reasonably priced and they have large servings. we ordered the party sized beef nachos thinking it would be small but it wasn’t xD. very great experience :)) i dont mind paying the 7% service charge at all. it was totally worth it. definitely coming back again :DDD"

"Super duper love their pasta (truffle pasta and carbonara). Their croffle is so good, we had to buy it again and take some more home (it's so delicious I wasn't able to take some photos) Tried their wings (parmesan and bbq flavors) is somehow good, but it's so affordable. Super like the ambiance. The place is neat and the lighting is so fine. There's also a cute mirror in the bathroom. Must visit in Biñan!"

We ordered the chicken in creamy mushroom sauce, salted egg carbonara, strawberry milk, and a Spanish latte, all for 800 plus a 7% service charge. The food? Delicious! We loved both the flavors and the presentation—it really hit the spot. I love how my love's eyes lit up after a bite of the chicken. The service was surprisingly quick, too. The serving time of approximately 30 minutes demonstrated an improvement from prior reviews. The vibe of the place was also a winner—warm, cozy, and peaceful, just perfect for a relaxed meal. But honestly, we were a bit let down by one thing: no cats. I came in expecting to see some furry friends since I saw it advertised as a cat cafe, but sadly, none were around. Overall, the food and ambiance were awesome. We'll definitely come back."
